had an amazing time at preuss im dammtorpalais in hamburg! room was huge with a balcony and comfy bed. the location was perfect, close to train station and beautiful lakes. staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. can't wait to visit again next summer.
elevator was small and slow.

Stayed one night. Upgraded to spacious room with balcony and large bathroom. Comfortable bed and quiet. Great location near train station, lakes, and old town. Charming check-in experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Hamburg. The location was perfect, as it was really close to the city center in a really nice neighborhood. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms on the 5th floor were just what I needed.
All in all, everything was okay during my stay.

Convenient location and comfortable stay
The hotel is located near a major train station, making it very easy to get around. The room was also very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
The hotel lacked certain amenities that I have come to expect, such as a gym or pool. the atmosphere was a bit lacking.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations! the location was perfect - it was close to the city center and in a really nice neighborhood. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms on the 5th floor. It was clear that they had taken the time to make everything comfortable and cozy. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

The room felt small and cramped, not ideal for a romantic getaway. the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms.
